Here is how I recommend you get started:

Watch the tutorials on Quintify's website.

Enter some sample data just to play around with.

Add a few clients, and then add some notes and contacts.
Create a segment (group) and put some clients in it.
Add a jot or two to get a feel for what they are.
To play around with quotes, orders, and invoices, you should first add some products and/or services.
You can then delete any of this "play data" that isn't real.

Take a look at the configuration page and see how you can set various statuses and other options to meet your organization's needs.

Enter or import your initial data. For example, if you have a spreadsheet of your clients, you can upload the spreadsheet into the system to import them. If you only offer a few products or services, you can just enter those in one at a time.

As you have questions, come to this website (answers.quintify.com) to see if they've already been asked and answered by others, and if not, ask here. Quintify's team monitors this website and is committed to responding quickly to answers that get asked, and other members of the Quintify community will offer their insight and answers as well.
